Meet Laurie Elian

 
For years, I felt like I was working against my own body.

Even as I embraced a more holistic approach to health, I still struggled with stress, weight, hormones, and overwhelming emotions. 
I knew what I "should" be doing, yet following through felt much harder than it seemed like it should.

I often wondered, What's wrong with me? Why does this feel so hard?

Then I learned something that completely changed the way I looked at my struggles.

I began to understand that my body wasn't working against me—it was trying to protect me.

That shift didn't make life perfect overnight, but it changed everything about how I approached healing. Instead of fighting myself, I learned to listen. 

Instead of relying on more willpower, I began creating a greater sense of safety in my body. And little by little, making healthy choices became less of a battle.
